ADIATULLAHI ISMAIL OYETUNDE – Biography Adiatullahi Ismail Oyetunde, born on July 14, 1992, in Ede, Osun State, is a passionate Nigerian civil engineer, entrepreneur, and the founder and CEO of AI Success Construction Company. With a deep-rooted commitment to excellence, community growth, and structural innovation, Ismail has established himself as a rising force in the Nigerian construction industry. His journey into the world of construction began early. While still in SS2 at Ede Premier College Keke Aboto II, he developed a strong interest in bricklaying. He began learning the skill hands-on and officially completed his apprenticeship in 2015. This practical foundation sparked his passion for engineering and guided his future educational and professional path. In 2017, Ismail was admitted into the Civil Engineering and Technology Department at the Federal Polytechnic, Ede, where he earned his National Diploma (ND) in 2019. He returned for his Higher National Diploma (HND) in 2021, and successfully graduated in 2023—further solidifying his technical expertise and engineering knowledge. He is the visionary behind AI Success Construction Company, a firm known for quality services in structural design, architectural works, general building construction, concrete flooring, foreign stamping, interlock paving, and construction supervision. Under his leadership, the company has completed numerous projects across Osun State and Nigeria, with a reputation built on trust, durability, and innovation. Ismail is a family man—happily married since 2021 and blessed with two children. His humility, work ethic, and dedication to youth empowerment and skill development have made him a respected figure among peers and clients alike. He often shares his life philosophy: > “It’s not over until it’s over.” His educational journey began at St. Anthony RCM Primary School, where he enrolled in 1998, and has since been marked by consistent growth, resilience, and purpose. Today, he continues to inspire a new generation of builders and dreamers through his work and leadership at AI Success Construction.
