Brandon Perry

Greetings Family! My name is Brandon Perry. I can also go by "Bodhi" short for "Bodhisattva" b/c that is who I am, first and foremost! I am a native of Pasadena, CA. I discovered my love of performance in grade school with talent shows as Michael Jackson. In 2002 I began background work in TV and Film and took acting classes with June Chandler in Los Angeles. In 2019 I auditioned for NBC’s “The Voice”, didn't go through. However, what a wonderful experience. I made my debut acting performance in “Superior Donuts” 2019 written by Tracy Letts; performed at my Community College Monterey Peninsula College (MPC) under the direction of Kurt Schweickhardt, followed by 5 performances in the “New Works festival” in 2020. In 2021 I wrote and performed my own 2 - piece performance in MPC’s spring production of ”Perseverance” (under the direction of Teddy Eck). "The Sunset Limited" written by the late Cormac McCarthy, was my first play which I produced Oct 2023. Playing the role of “Black”. aka “The Reverend”. (Under the direction of Kurt Schweickhardt). Relocated here to GA in Dec 2024. I auditioned and get casted as "BoBo" in "Raisin in the sun" Performing with the "Henry Players here in McDonough, GA. I enjoy continuing work as an actor and dabble in Improv. I also enjoy consciously based workshops and music.
