Dwayne Adway is a commanding leading man with decades of experience across film, television, and theater. Known for his authoritative presence and dramatic depth, Dwayne specializes in roles requiring strength, complexity, and authenticity—from law enforcement and military personnel to corporate executives and protective father figures. His impressive career includes guest-starring roles on critically acclaimed series such as Sons of Anarchy (FX), ER (NBC), CSI and CSI: Miami (CBS), and NYPD Blue (ABC), as well as recurring roles on The Steve Harvey Show (WB) and RHD/LA (CBS). Premium cable credits include Arliss and Tracey Takes On (HBO). On the big screen, Dwayne has worked with major studios including Sony Pictures (Into the Blue, directed by John Stockwell; Friendship), 20th Century Fox (First Daughter, directed by Forest Whitaker), MGM (Soul Plane), and Disney (Consenting Adults, directed by Alan J. Dwayne holds an MFA in Theater from Georgia State University and a BS from Florida A&M University. He trained extensively at the Ivana Chubbuck Studio, as well as studying with Janet Alhanti, Marjorie Taylor, and Tim Phillips. His theater credits include productions at the Alliance Theater and performances in prestigious venues throughout Los Angeles.
