Emmanuel Waheed
Emmanuel Olamilekan Waheed is a passionate and fast-rising Nigerian actor with a growing body of work and a reputation for bringing honesty, presence, and depth to every role he plays. He started out with a strong interest in performance and a deep love for storytelling, and quickly found himself drawn to the craft of acting - not just for the spotlight, but to connect with people through real, human experiences on screen and on stage. He has trained in scriptwriting with TAFTA (Terra Academy For The Arts) and completed several acting courses from respected online academies, where he continues to sharpen his skills and explore different techniques. These trainings have helped him build a strong creative foundation in both performance and story structure, giving him a unique edge in understanding characters and their journeys. On set and in rehearsal, Emmanuel is known for his grounded presence, calm confidence, and his commitment to giving every role his full attention. Whether he’s playing someone bold, broken, quiet, or conflicted, he brings care, patience, and emotional truth to each performance - always ready to listen, adapt and give his best. Directors and collaborators often describe him as easy to work with - focused, humble, hilarious and deeply intentional about his craft. Off set, Emmanuel is thoughtful, curious, and always eager to learn. He enjoys reading scripts and watching films not just for entertainment, but to study performance and story dynamics. When he’s not acting, you’ll likely find him writing, journaling, learning online, or diving into a new creative project. He’s also someone who loves quiet moments, meaningful conversations, creative spaces and finding beauty in the little things. As an emerging actor, Emmanuel continues to seek out projects that stretch him, challenge him, and allow him to grow. He believes in the power of performance to shift perspectives and move people, and he’s excited to keep learning, keep evolving, and keep telling stories that matter. With his natural talent, strong training, and deep passion for the craft, Emmanuel is one to watch as he continues to make his mark in film, television, and beyond.
