I am Hrishikesh Jha, an actor based in Mumbai with a Diploma in Acting from Asmita Theatre. Since starting my career, I’ve worked across various mediums, including short films, independent features, and mainstream cinema. My work has been featured on platforms like YouTube, Hungama, and MX Player, where I’ve had the chance to explore a wide range of characters. A major turning point in my career came in 2023 when I was cast as a CRPF officer in the highly anticipated Hrithik Roshan starrer Fighter, directed by Sidharth Anand. Being a part of such a large-scale project was a significant milestone for me, and it gave me the opportunity to work alongside some of the biggest names in the industry. The experience was both challenging and rewarding, allowing me to showcase my skills in a commercial, action-packed film. In addition to my work in mainstream cinema, I took on the role of a lead character in JURRMM, an independent psychological thriller, where I portrayed a complex psychopath killer. The intensity of this role was a unique challenge, and it pushed me to explore the darker, more nuanced aspects of human emotion, further expanding my acting range. In addition to acting, I’ve assisted several directors, gaining valuable insights into filmmaking, which has enhanced my approach to every role. I’m passionate about cricket, screenplay writing, bike riding, singing, cooking, travelling, and rapping, all of which fuel my creativity and contribute to my versatility as an actor. I’m constantly looking for roles that challenge me and help me grow, bringing dedication and a unique energy to every project I take on.
