Josefin Sonck
I work as an actress, comedian, and screenwriter. Whether I’m in front of the camera or behind the scenes writing scripts, character work and development are among my greatest passions. I’m drawn to characters who are complex, driven, funny, and vulnerable all at once. I started performing stand-up in 2014, and on the Swedish comedy scene, I’ve made a mark with my imaginative and darkly humorous style. In the autumn of 2024, I premiered my first solo show, “In Finland, This Is Funny”, and was nominated for Female Comedian of the Year at the Swedish Stand-Up Awards. In 2020, I also made my literary debut with the novel “Jag måste sluta tänka på Patrik Lundgren” (“I Have to Stop Thinking About Patrik Lundgren”).
