I’m Jostein Sagnes, an actor and model with a deep passion for storytelling and bringing characters to life. My journey in the entertainment industry started young—first as a model for brands like Aeropostale and DSW Shoes, and later in commercials for the NFL and Cleveland Cavaliers. But acting has always been my true calling. I’ve had the opportunity to work on films like Unlocked, And Then I Go, and Go North, where I’ve pushed myself to take on complex and compelling roles. What sets me apart as an actor is my versatility and deep commitment to the craft. I’ve trained with some of the industry’s best acting coaches and studied Meisner techniques at university, honing my ability to bring raw emotion and authenticity to every performance. My background is also a unique part of who I am—my heritage is a blend of my Mexican mother and Norwegian father, giving me an ambiguous, globally relatable look that allows me to fit into a wide range of roles. Beyond acting, I’m a dedicated athlete, competing at both the college level and in Pro League Dodgeball. The discipline, agility, and strategic thinking I’ve developed as an athlete translate seamlessly into my work as an actor, helping me tackle physically demanding roles and bring intensity to my performances. I’m always looking for opportunities to grow, challenge myself, and tell stories that resonate with audiences. Whether it’s in front of the camera or on stage, I bring my all to every role, striving to create performances that leave a lasting impact.
