Juan Pablo Valderrama
Juan Pablo Valderrama Pino (Cartagena de Indias, 1992) is a Colombian philosopher, educator, actor, and cultural manager. He studied Philosophy at the University of Cartagena and later pursued a master’s degree at Universidad del Norte. Throughout his career, he has taught in both secondary and higher education institutions and has contributed to editorial and cultural projects. From an early age, he showed a passion for the performing arts, participating in acting courses and theatrical productions. He completed various workshops at Reculá del Ovejo and received private theatrical training under the guidance of maestro Eparkio Vega. In the audiovisual field, he has starred in the short film A través de tus ojos (Through Your Eyes), directed by the Cartagena filmmaker Jaime Lince Ledesma. His work blends philosophical reflection with literary creation, acting, and youth leadership. He has produced publications and educational materials on topics such as identity, ethics, and personal growth, while also engaging in cultural initiatives and youth mentorship. He maintains a presence in digital media, where he shares reflections and promotes spaces for dialogue on philosophy, literature, art, and human development.
