Kalvin Kosha (born Calvin Fitzgerald) is a Houston-based actor, recording artist, and creative entrepreneur known for bringing depth, authenticity, and emotional range to every role he takes on. With a background in communications, voice performance, and TV/studio production, Kalvin blends technical skill with natural storytelling ability creating performances that feel grounded, powerful, and real. Standing at 5’7” with a slim-athletic build, Kalvin has portrayed lead and supporting roles across film and theater, including standout performances in Mahogany, False Profits, Scout Team, Kill Piece, and the stage production What Do We Do Now?. His work often explores themes of resilience, purpose, and transformation, allowing him to connect deeply with audiences. Beyond acting, Kalvin is a versatile performer with strong musical roots, specializing in R&B/Soul singing and songwriting, as well as theatrical vocals. His skill set includes public speaking, dialect work (British, Australian, Southern, East/West Coast, and Spanish), basic piano, dance, sports performance, and on-camera production making him a dynamic asset both in front of and behind the lens. Trained through Troy Rowland Acting workshops and holding a BA in Communications from Prairie View A&M University, Kalvin continues to refine his craft while building a career that spans film, music, and media entrepreneurship.
