Kayla Jean
Hello! My name is Kayla Jean and I've been a performer for just about as long as I can remember. Growing up, I was heavily involved in sports, Tae Kwon Do being the most lasting. My family and I have all trained for over ten years and earned Second-Degree Black Belts or higher. The five tenets of honesty, integrity, perseverance, self-control, and indomitable spirit are lessons that I take with me through life to this day. I got into Musical Theatre during sixth grade and became hooked immediately, never having stopped since. 2024 marks my tenth year of being a Musical Theatre performer; I've had the privilege of developing my skills at my local Children's theatre, High school, Community theatre, Community college, University, and across the globe in different intensive programs! Fostering community is incredibly important to me as a performer, as well as working on art which connects with people on a humane level. I love to challenge people's worldview as well as my own.
