KEMI ADEKOMI..... She is from the South-western part of Nigeria (Ogun state), but born and bred in Lagos. She holds a B.Sc in Microbiology, having first bagged a Diploma in Science Laboratory Technology, both from Olabisi Onabanjo University (formerly known as Ogun State University). Her practice as a microbiologist was only briefly at Drugfield Pharmaceuticals and thereafter dumped the lab coat. She later joined a print media organization (RealWorld media) as an editor, and after a while, moved on to an health insurance company, (Healthcare International) where she eventually resigned from '8 to 5' in year 2010 to pursue her dreams as an entrepreneur. She obviously always had passion for interior design, evident from her space arrangement ingenuity as a growing child, and wasted no time pursuing it full time by going on to study interior Design at the Prestigious MAVEN school of interior Design, and thereafter started off her interior design company. Subsequently, she still hungered to get back to one other sector she always had passion for; media and entertainment (which she had previously started off many years earlier in the University around 2004 while preparing to round off in the University), and so after graduating and working for several years, she went ahead to study Broadcasting at the prestigious National Broadcast Academy, (formerly Federal Radio Corporation of Nigeria,FRCN) where she sharpened her media and public speaking skills, which catapulted her into being a professional Master of ceremonies. She then joined UNILAGFm radio station and specialized as a news reader, also hosting her weekly show as an OAP. While at all these, she had also been attending movie auditions to revive her career in acting which she had dumped in 2006, and actually played quite a number of roles as 'extra' (as it is called in the industry), till she shot into limelight in 2018 and has so far featured in over 40 films till date. She then went ahead in 2019 to take a bigger leap, and started off her second business (KEMISTRYDIVA PRODUCTIONS). She delved into film production, and has a number of films to her credit, VENDETTA, THE LAST STRAW, DEAD GIRL, THE END GAME, PLAN B, DARK CLOUDS, HELL and FURY, UNLEASHED, THE TEST, etc..some of which are award winning films, which are all films she has produced and/or directed. As an MC, she has graced many stages compering VIP events, a female comperé who has created a niche for herself in the corporate world. She is a method actor........a melanin- popping screen goddess who interprets roles in a very believable manner. A multiple award winning actress. A voice-over artiste who's diction, clarity and voice delivery is undoubtedly top notch, and has voiced for several corporate bodies and individuals. An award winning film producer/ director, who has gotten accolades and recognition in the Nigerian film industry. As a filmmaker, her films have been recognized locally and internationally. A lover of Mastery in anything she sets out to do, she has gone through several trainings/workshops/seminars to polish and build herself in her chosen professions. She is a relentless learner, and ever thirsty for knowledge. A lover of children, she started an Advocacy group that campaigns against child sexual abuse and has been at the forefront of the fight against this menace.
