Luke Banham

Luke Banham is a British-American SAG-AFTRA actor whose range, voice, and grounded intensity have earned him roles across film, television, and animation. Most recently, Luke was brought on as a voiceover artist for multiple characters in Steps, an upcoming Netflix animated feature produced by Amy Poehler and Chris McKay (Renfield, The LEGO Batman Movie). His vocal versatility and nuanced delivery made him a perfect fit for the project’s vibrant and comedic tone. Luke’s standout performance as the Nicholas Hoult soundalike in Universal’s Renfield helped build his working relationship with McKay and demonstrated his unique ability to match vocal energy with emotional precision. On screen, Luke has appeared in Girl Boss (Netflix), the dark thriller Battered, and a string of indie films including Information Superhighway, Costigan Bloch, Ten Minutes Dead, and Home Run King. He also starred in Did My Heart Love Till Now, an independent short film where his grounded performance anchored a modern romantic drama with a dark twist. Luke continues to collaborate with emerging filmmakers across the country, bringing layered humanity to every role. Trained in advanced scene study with Berg Studio, Nancy Banks and Bernard Hiller, Luke brings classical theater roots (Wait Until Dark, Arcadia) and international experience to every project. With dual UK and US citizenship, a facility for dialects, and special skills ranging from firearms and sports to roller skating and comic book lore, Luke is equal parts leading man and character actor. Always working, always evolving—Luke Banham is a name to watch.
