Mac McGill

Mac leads with quiet intensity and the sharp, sarcastic wit of a classic leading man. He recently starred in the Off-Broadway production of The Government Inspector, building on a strong classical foundation that includes leading roles as Hamlet (Hamlet), Pozzo (Waiting for Godot), and Actor 4 (We Are Proud to Present...). Mac earned his Master’s in Acting from UNCG, a rigorous program where he immersed himself in the techniques of master teachers including Chekhov, Meisner, Adler, and Shakespeare. This comprehensive training refined his ability to tackle complex, character-driven roles with both emotional depth and technical precision. Beyond the stage, Mac has established a solid screen presence. His commercial work includes a recent high-profile campaign for the Virginia Lottery, and he holds an independent film credit in Shake Off the World. These experiences showcase his ability to adapt his grounded, charismatic presence from theatrical runs to the efficient demands of on-camera work. When not on set, Mac maintains a strong commitment to physical fitness. He also dedicates time to scriptwriting, pursuing his passion for storytelling. He aims to be a leading actor in impactful productions, contributing his unique versatility and depth to compelling narratives.
