Pekka Salo
I was born in 1956, and my camera age is about 60-75 years old. I am a retired, lively and expressive Helsinki resident. I have a solid five years of experience working on camera in various productions. During these years, I have accumulated 290 filming sessions in various small roles and as a background actor. In over 80 of these, I have been in a replicative role. I am skilled in languages and can speak and mimic various Finnish dialects. I can also imitate different speech styles, and I can speak and pronounce English with German, Swedish, Italian, French and Russian accents. My most visible role has been as an “opera singer” in TV4’s I can see your voice, Finland entertainment program and the most interesting one is a role as a security guard in a Porsche commercial filmed in the Faroe Islands. My passion for acting remains undiminished, and I eagerly embrace new challenges and opportunities in the industry. As a versatile and dedicated amateur actor, I have honed my skills and developed a keen understanding of the nuances that bring characters to life.
