Starting on the runway at the age of three, Robyn spent all of her formative years doing regional musical theater and grew up alongside Vancouver's now flourishing film and TV industry. Robyn moved to NYC in 1994 to train at Michael Howard’s Acting Studio as well as with one of the theater greats, Michael Shurtleff. Nominated for three Leo Awards and a Best Actress in a Cable Series/Youth In Film Award for her lead role on Nickelodeon’s Fifteen, with Ryan Reynolds, other selected credits include, the Farrelly brothers’s TV show, Loudermilk, a recurring role in the acclaimed Netflix series Riverdale as well as Showtime’s trailblazing, The L Word, the Oscar nominated, Juno (director Jason Reitman), Lucky Seven, with Patrick Dempsey, I Want to Marry Ryan Banks with Bradley Cooper and Jason Priestly, Cedar Cove with Andie MacDowell, Law&Order, A Million Little Things, and her starring role as Ellie Holman in the acclaimed indie feature, Suck It Up Buttercup. Robyn has also worked in the voice over world with the lead role and many other characters in the Megaman cartoon series and voiced Stacey Forsythe, in Capcom’s very popular Dead Rising video game franchise. With an unwavering love for acting, Robyn continues to be inspired by teaching others her craft and finds constant inspiration through the eyes of the actors she has the honor of coaching. Now as an international acting coach, with clients in the UK, Europe and North America, Robyn is currently working with clients on productions filming in LA, NYC, Vancouver, Calgary, Utah and Newfoundland for Netflix, Apple TV, Hulu, Epix, C.B.C. The CW and Hallmark. She is often a guest instructor at Shoreline Studios and Langara Film Arts. Although she is still acting and play/screenwriting, Robyn has also become successful at her other loved craft. She is a well-established makeup artist consistently working in the fashion and music worlds, for famous brand campaigns, publications and photographers. She has been quoted saying that she loves the expression, "a jack of all trades is a master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one." and thinks that it's especially important if one chooses a life in the Arts.
