Benjamin Adebisi

I hold both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Anatomy; and in the last 15 years, I have been an Instructor, Demonstrator, Lecturer and Examiner of Anatomy and Physiology at Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile Ife; LeadCity University, Ibadan and Osun State University, Nigeria. I am also a Neuroscientist and Researcher in Neurology, Molecular Biology and Psychiatry. Additionally, I have successfully participated in a number of virtual learning, educational trainings and international conferences in Africa, America and Europe, to improve my knowledge and incorporate modern methods to teaching, research and education in General. And with 15 years of experience providing comprehensive medical science courses and health care education for medical and nursing students at the university setting. My qualifications and experience include: i. 15+ years of experience as a University Life Science Teacher and Health Educator. ii. Expertise in anatomical dissections on Human Cadaver and experimental animals with focus on Craniotomy. iii. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. iv. Leading and Supervising Research in Neuroscience, Psychiatry, Molecular Neurobiology and Animal Behaviour. v. Educating students on Experimental Laboratories Procedures . vi. The use of modern technology and artificial intelligence for education, research and problem provisions. vii. Ability to develop and implement health promotion initiatives for researchers and clinicians. viii. Track record of building strong relationships with students and staff. In addition, I obtained several certificates in several disease management protocols including Cardiology, Cardio-Renal Metabolic diseases, Psychiatry, Neurology, Communicable and noncommunicable diseases and Physiotherapy. I am also an associate in the professional development scheme, PDS, of the Global Health Network. Currently, I remain up-to-date on the latest trends and best practices in management and administration of health care.
